I’m wearing: Vintage sequin top, Firetrap skinny jeans, Asos pumps, Urban Outfitters bag.

I love this top and hardly ever wear it, it was bought from Bricklane vintage market a year ago and I’ve worn it about 3 times. I was going to call this post ‘a safe way to sparkle’ because a lot of the time with vintage, especially over the top sparkly vintage, it’s a bitch trying to figure out what and how to wear it.

One of the last times I wore this top I wore it tucked in a puff ball skirt with a waist belt to clinch it in and heels, a more dressy way to wear it I suppose, but this time I wanted to dress the top down, I was going out for lunch and I wanted to wear vintage but I couldn’t be bothered wearing a dress, or heels or a massive skirt. So what better way to dress down and make something you own more casual than with denim.

I love the color of the sequins and the high neck of this top; it feels really 60’s to me so I paired it with my firetrap skinny jeans and ASOS pumps, It’s the perfect vintage ‘comfy day’ outfit…I’m gonna do dig out all my other garish sequined tops now!
